As part of the holistic range of services we provide, we help businesses to ease the administrative burden of dealing with Companies House through our associated company, Andrews Crosse Services.
Andrews Crosse Services provides various levels of company secretarial support tailored to the needs of your business.
As the demands of corporate compliance and regulation increase, it’s easy to get side-tracked. With the support of the highly experienced Andrews Crosse team, you can focus on running your business, not your administration.
You can choose what specific services you need according to your specific requirements, from setting up a simple company to helping with more complex procedures.
We will formally create your limited company, including all the necessary paperwork and administration. We can also help with incorporating limited liability partnerships, registering limited partnerships, or establishing a UK branch of an overseas company.
Maintaining the statutory registers
Using software developed by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, we can maintain your company’s statutory registers.
Arranging your confirmation statement
Failing to supply your confirmation statement to the registrar at Companies House may lead to your company or LLP being struck off the register and dissolved. With Andrews Crosse to rely on, you can be assured that this doesn’t happen.
Implementing changes in your company or LLP
Other services we can provide include:
- Changes to the structure of the share capital: transfer, allotment, conversion, consolidation, subdivision, purchase of own shares, redemption and reduction of share capital by special resolution supported by a solvency statement.
- Change of name, registered office address or accounting reference date
- Appointment and removal of officers
- Changes to the articles of association or adoption of new articles
- Issuing the relevant documentation regarding the payment of dividends
- Reconstituting the statutory registers where lost
Where we maintain the statutory registers, we will make all the necessary entries. We will also ensure that all documents needed by the registrar at Companies House are filed on time.
Registered and service address
If you run a company or LLP, you can also choose to have your registered office address at our firm address. Officers, members and people with significant control can also protect the privacy of their residential address by using our address as their service address.
