Michael joined Wilson Wright in 1975, shortly after qualifying, and became a partner in 1978.
Michael has an extensive client base across many industries giving advice in all areas of accountancy, auditing and taxation. His portfolio of clients ranges from sole traders to large national groups of companies.
Michael also has special responsibility for financial services and the personal tax department who he works closely with.
Michael is a keen golfer and an Aston Villa season ticket holder.
Adam joined Wilson Wright in 1988 after qualifying as a chartered accountant with a medium sized central London practice.
Since becoming a partner in 1994 Adam has built a sizeable client base that covers many varied sectors and industries. In particular he acts for a number of clients in the media, publishing, fashion retail, and recruitment sectors. Additionally he has gained extensive experience acting for international groups, particularly those with subsidiary or parent companies in the US and Europe.
As with all partners at Wilson Wright his experience is that of a commercial business adviser delivering business solutions to clients in all aspects of audit, accountancy and taxation including VAT.
Away from the office Adam is a keen runner and has competed in the London Marathon.
Warren joined Wilson Wright in June 2001. After qualifying in 1988 he had 3 years commercial experience and then went back into practice.
Warren has a wide variety of clients in many industries with particular experience in the areas of media, property and offshore structuring.
Warren undertakes business development work and specialises in planning exit routes and growth strategies for clients. He also helps clients to develop their business plans, identifying clear route maps and milestones for them.
As an extension to this area of work Warren is the firm’s Corporate Finance Partner and he is able to undertake corporate advisory work including due diligence, whitewash reports and forensic work. Over the period he has been with the firm he has been involved in advising on many acquisitions for clients, ensuring the acquisition process runs smoothly. A number of these assignments have been for quoted companies. Warren also works with clients to help raise finance for their businesses.
Warren is a keen golfer and bridge player.
Lee joined Wilson Wright in March 2012 having qualified as a chartered accountant with a niche central London practice in 2006. Lee quickly became a partner there. After the firm was acquired by the Crowe Clark Whitehill group in 2010, Lee was appointed an Executive director.
Lee has a diverse technical knowledge base and has worked for clients in most sectors. Whilst he is very much a general practitioner, Lee has significant experience in the media & entertainment and property sectors. As well as general compliance, Lee specialises in due diligence work and VAT.
Lee works closely with his clients, building long-term relationships and facilitating the provision of strategic and commercial advice. It is for this reason that Lee works particularly well with new business ventures and businesses which intend to restructure.
Away from the office Lee is a keen sportsman playing squash and football regularly.

Jamie joined the Wilson Wright audit team after qualifying with Ernst & Young in September 2003. He was made an audit manager in April 2006 and became a partner two years later.
Jamie has a broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, corporation tax and financial management. He has significant experience in property, sport, PR, leasing and the arts. Jamie acts for clients ranging from early-stage startups through to established international groups.
Jamie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has an honours degree from the University of Birmingham in Accounting & Finance. His interests include travel and football.

Craig joined Wilson Wright in February 2012 as our tax partner, heading up the twelve strong personal tax department. He will further enhance the taxation services that we provide with his in depth experience of personal, corporate and international tax matters.
Craig was head of tax with Wilton Group and has ten years experience working within senior taxation roles. Craig has built and maintained long term client relationships by delivering first rate technical advice that is both innovative and commercially sound.

Michael joined Wilson Wright after obtaining a Mathematics degree from Queen Marys, London University and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Michael has a wide range of experience advising a broad client base spanning from owner managed businesses to established international groups. His regular client work includes general commercial advice as well as all aspects of accounting, audit and corporate taxation. These clients cover a number of sectors from high-tech software and property companies through to distributors and traditional manufacturing businesses. More specialist areas of expertise include company valuations, due diligence assignments and Law Society audits under the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Whilst away from the office Michael enjoys taking every opportunity to travel as well as fitting in golf, football and running when he can.

Nikki joined Wilson Wright after obtaining an Accounting and Finance degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Nikki is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and was appointed a Partner at Wilson Wright in February 2012.
Nikki works with a wide variety of clients in many industries, with particular experience in the property, product development, distribution and retail sectors.
As a commercial business adviser, Nikki provides support to her clients in all aspects of audit, accountancy and taxation, as well as specialist advice in areas such as research and development tax credits.
Nikki also works closely with a number of internationally owned companies providing them with the necessary support to operate in the UK without UK based administration staff.
Away from the office Nikki enjoys travel and the theatre.
