“The quality of the service we provide our clients is inextricably linked to the performance of our people.Adam Cramer, CEO & Partner at Wilson Wright
That is why it was great to see such high levels of satisfaction amongst our staff in the inspection report and to have our employment practices commended by an independent third party in this way.
Looking after our team is ultimately key to looking after our clients.
Having recently launched an employment advisory service to add values for our clients, we are proud to be able to act as a model to others.”
Katy Cobbold, Head of HR added:
“We are all so pleased that everyone’s hard work and commitment to the Firm has been recognised, as our people strategy has been at the forefront of the Firm’s vision over the last 3-5 years. Many of the changes and initiatives which have been introduced, have come from our Employees so they have a real sense of ownership over their roles within the Firm”.Katy Cobbold, Head of HR at Wilson Wright
