The Position:

We are looking for a bright individual to join our tight knit, professional team. You will have a good level of autonomy whilst working alongside the support team and reporting directly into one of our Partners.  The role will encompass all the usual marketing activities required from a professional services firm but with a specific focus on attracting new clients, in line with our long-term growth strategy.

Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Defining and executing a 2018 Marketing strategy for the firm
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting on key statistics to management
  • Working closely with an external marketing agency and managing this relationship


  • Management of gathering quotes, providing artwork and ordering branded marketing materials as required
  • Ordering marketing collateral as needed
  • Continuation of the rebrand of Wilson Wright’s marketing collateral
  • Management of advertising opportunities

Content & Website

  • Production of regular blogs for the Wilson Wright website
  • Optimisation of Pay-Per-Click campaigns
  • Management of website changes
  • Website improvements / SEO, e.g. rewriting pages

Social Media

  • Management and strategic growth of 4 key channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram)
  • Community management through social media platforms


  • Working alongside the practice manager to ensure GDPR compliance across marketing activities such as email marketing
  • Supporting the rewrite of company and website policies
  • Attending key training and remaining up to date with GDPR requirements

125th Anniversary Campaign

  • Leading on the firm’s 125th anniversary campaign throughout 2018 including events, branding, PR, website management
  • Creation and publication of bi-monthly ‘legacy’ content pieces during 2018


  • Identifying key opportunities for press coverage and feature articles
  • Providing relevant news to partner organisations of the firm
  • Encouraging positive online reviews of the firm
  • Creating a timeline of relevant awards and managing the submission process

Email Marketing

  • Creation and execution of a quarterly newsletter
  • Ad hoc email campaigns as per departmental requests

Experience, Qualifications and Competences Required:

  • Ideally experience in accountancy or professional services environment
  • Website Management and Mailchimp
  • Social Media Management tools
  • SEO and PPC
  • Managing Agency Relationships
  • Copywriting and Content Creation
  • PPC
  • Experience creating Marketing Campaigns
