3 Sep 2018

One of the City of London’s leading independent accountancy firms has joined the Confederation of British Industry (CBI).

Wilson Wright became the newest members of the UK’s premier business organisation on 1 September 2018. The CBI provides a voice for businesses at a regional, national and international level.

Adam Cramer, a Partner at Wilson Wright, will be representing the firm at the CBI’s quarterly Enterprise Forums of around 50 business leaders from the group’s SME member network.

He said: “The CBI is recognised globally as being the voice of enterprise and entrepreneurship in the UK, so it made perfect sense for us to join.

We are always looking to engage as much as possible with businesses of all sizes across the UK and further afield.

All of us here are looking forward to collaborating with the CBI on a range of projects to promote enterprise and entrepreneurship in the UK.”

Eddie Curzon, Director for London at CBI said: “We are delighted to welcome Wilson Wright to the CBI. Wilson Wright are an organisation who have gone through tremendous growth over the last few years and have a long history of supporting London businesses that they should be proud of.

They are a perfect fit to join our Enterprise Forum; our primary committee for shaping policy to support high growth SMEs in the UK and will have an expert view on how we can continue to support the businesses that are so important for a thriving economy.”

This year has been particularly significant for Wilson Wright as the firm celebrates the 125th anniversary of its founding in 1893.

Adam Cramer added: “Joining the CBI is an important statement of ambition from Wilson Wright as we celebrate this important milestone.”
