Please Click Here for an Order Form.If you would like to form your own company you can check whether your preferred name is available on the Companies House website. Having checked to see whether the name is available you can then complete our online order form below and request we start the process. We will contact you if we need any further information from you. In order for us to start the process we require a cheque for £450.00 to include the formation and the set up of your company.
